Member Account Cards

Members will be issued with a card which will allow the following features:

• They will be used as a locker card and are linkable via the new locker system.

• They will have your IG account linked into it so it can be tapped against the payment system for the Bar and Dining Room in the Clubhouse and Forgan House.

• They can be used by Members to purchase items from the Members' Shop.

• They can be used to purchase items from Golf Concierge.

• All cards have been programmed to open the Golf Concierge door.

Important Information

• Members are unable to use the card or their accounts to purchase items from the on-line Members' Shop. This will continue to be pay as you go.

• Members are unable to have their cards sent to them, they have to be collected in person.

• Due to the cards being programmed to allow entry to the Clubhouse via the golf concierge door, should members mislay or lose their cards they need to be immediately reported to allow them to be discontinued.

• The first card is issued free of charge, however due to the complexity of setting up the cards when Members lose their card there will be a £10 fee for it to be replaced.

The cards will have the Members name (title initials and surname) and their Member ID on the back.
